1. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Thailand typically takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and public holidays.
2. Is my order shipped discreetly?
Yes. All orders are packaged in plain boxes with no identifiable markings. Your privacy is our priority.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all Thailand orders. Payment is collected upon delivery. Currently, online payment options are not available.
4. Can I return or exchange a product?
Refunds or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products. For hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
